Project Summary
At 250 Harrison, a 35-unit residential conversion of a former office building, Digital Putty Systems delivered a fully integrated on-premises building security and access platform. The project required new technology infrastructure to support secure resident access, monitored common areas, and controlled visitor entry while avoiding the complexity and cost of multiple isolated systems.
DPS designed a ground-up, on-premises security and access system that combines access control, cameras, and intercom functionality into a centralized management interface, eliminating the need for recurring software licensing fees, while enabling modern, intuitive, and remotely managed operations without cloud dependency. The solution was selected based on its long-term cost advantage, offering predictable ownership costs, reduced reliance on in-house technical staff, and a scalable foundation for future expansion. Through careful system integration and infrastructure planning, DPS delivered a purpose-built residential security platform that improves safety, usability, and day-to-day manageability across the property.
