Project Summary
VIP Structures engaged DPS to design and implement a cutting‑edge, fully integrated technology ecosystem for its new 24,000 SF headquarters at The Post in Syracuse, NY. As part of the property’s full gut renovation, the owner needed a partner capable of delivering a modern, scalable office technology environment built around high‑performance connectivity and next‑generation collaboration spaces.
DPS joined the Design-Build project early and remained involved through construction, working closely with the project team to plan network rooms, cabling pathways, device locations, and power requirements. This groundwork supported a wide range of systems, including Teams‑enabled meeting rooms, multi‑screen video walls, digital signage, surveillance, and live air‑quality monitoring. The new VIP Headquarters is now a highly connected and flexible office environment, supporting hybrid collaboration, streamlined operations, and real‑time building intelligence.
