Project Summary
At One Websters Landing, Digital Putty Systems delivered a modern residential technology platform for a historic building converted into 34 apartments. The former commercial building contained legacy infrastructure, including a business-class fiber connection; however, physical pathway limitations made a traditional residential ISP deployment impractical and costly. By carefully evaluating existing conditions and repurposing available assets, DPS transformed these constraints into a flexible, multi-tenant solution.
The result is an on-premises, integrated platform that delivers secure, private resident internet and building-wide WiFi while supporting multiple building systems through a shared infrastructure. DPS installed security cameras and digital signage, and provided dedicated landlord internet connectivity to support building operations.
This approach avoided recurring software licensing fees, simplified building operations, and delivered a future-ready platform aligned with how the building is actually used.
